Doug Stevens

A native of Columbus, Doug served for over 28 years as Vice President of Proteam Solutions, Inc. (PSI) until the business was sold in 2022. Doug’s vast experiences range from payroll and billing to benefits and group health insurance. He was responsible for overseeing a number of key back-office functions. He was also responsible for providing technical support and training to PSI staff.

In 2010, along with PSI partner Keith Stevens, Doug formed Proteam WFS, LLC as a provider of employment-of-record services to both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. In 2020 Proteam WFS was rebranded as UpRys.

Career Highlights:

Doug has focused his efforts on creating and maintaining a well-defined, cooperative, and efficient organizational structure. He has been instrumental in developing the company’s policies & procedures, employee handbook, as well as the implementation of other vital operational and managerial tools important to fostering an efficient and professional work environment.
