Jay Alspaugh

Jay Alspaugh is an experienced IT professional with over 32 years in enterprise application design, development, and delivery across industries like banking, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. In his current role as Principal IT Consultant at UpRys, Jay focuses on helping organizations evaluate their IT infrastructures, remove barriers, and implement effective solutions that align with their long-term objectives. His comprehensive technical background allows him to bridge the gap between complex technological concepts and practical business applications.

Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Franklin University and completed a leadership program at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys teaching adult swim classes at the Central Ohio YMCA and participated in a Half-Ironman Relay, completing the swim leg at Lake Erie. His unique combination of technical expertise, leadership, and community involvement reflects his passion for continuous learning and growth, while making a positive impact in the community.
