Julie Homsy

Julie Homsy has worked with consulting companies for over 20 years recruiting top-level management and C-level professionals to join their companies as business coaches and fractional Chief Financial Officers.

Before joining UpRys in 2022, Julie was an Executive Recruiter for a B2B Chief Financial Officer and a Recruiting Director for FocusCFO, assisting the owner with expanding the company’s presence in the Midwest and Southeast.

Julie’s all about building relationships with candidates to find the right fit for each role. It is not uncommon for her to pass candidate resumes to her network of recruiters if they are not the right fit for the organization she represents.

When not recruiting, Julie finds time to help others of all ages with her certification as a Professional Coach and as a reading tutor through Columbus Tutoring Initiative. She’s an active member of St. Brigid’s of Kildare Bereavement Luncheon committee, assists with Welcome Warehouse Adopt a Family program and gives back to charities near and dear to her heart, Dublin Bridges and Wounded Warrior.
