Kaylene’s unique combination of strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills has enabled her to excel as a professional Project Manager by addressing projects holistically. She’s a motivated, personable business professional with more than 10 years of experience with a firm policy and research background, most notably for the state of Ohio and The Ohio State University.
Kaylene’s expertise lies in leading cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on time, within budget, and with quality while striving to successfully manage them to completion by utilizing organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Outside of her career, Kaylene is a lifelong learner and volunteer for the Columbus Metropolitan Libraries. An amateur outdoor enthusiast, she is always eager to find new places to explore with her husband, Leon, and their son Rhye.
